DATED : JANUARY 09, 2020 Heard Mr. A.P. Chaware, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. M.K. Pathan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State. Also perused the reply filed on behalf of the prosecution and the Pursis (stamp) no.77/2020 filed on behalf of the applicant. After hearing both the learned counsel, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr. Chaware, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions from the local counsel Mr. Purohit, Advocate to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for applicant is withdrawing the application, this Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal.

Needless to mention, the interim order granted by this Court on 25.11.2019 stands vacated. It is expected from the investigating officer to take immediate steps in accordance with law.
