CORAM :- A.S.CHANDURKAR AND ANIL L. PANSARE, JJ. DATE :- 10th MARCH, 2023 Writ Petition No.6127 of 2022 was filed by the applicant challenging the order of suspension dated 12.08.2022. On 09.12.2022 the said writ petition was disposed of by accepting the pursis filed on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli that the order of suspension had been revoked. The same was done by separate order dated 08.12.2022.

By this application, the applicant seeks a direction for his posting at Dhanora where he was earlier posted when the order of suspension was passed.

We find that there has been no adjudication on merits of the prayers made in the writ petition. Since the order of suspension that was the subject matter of challenge was itself revoked by the respondents, the writ petition was disposed of. If the applicant seeks any further relief consequent upon revocation of the order of suspension, he is free to take such steps as are permissible in law. With these observations, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of.
