This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the non-applicant Nos.2 and 3. 2.

The learned counsel for the non-applicant Nos.2 and 3, points out that during the pendency of this application, the non-applicant Nos.2 and 3 were granted regular bail by the Additional Sessions Judge, Warora. The said order is not challenged, in this case. Whereas, in view of the aforesaid fact the impugned order in this case has lost its efficacy.

Accordingly, the criminal application is rejected.
