Shri Swapnil Shingane, learned counsel filed a pursis dated 17th January, 2023 on record with a request to discharge him, in view of the fact that the petitioner has taken away the file and the papers from him on 25th April, 2022. He has also filed a copy of acknowledgment having signature of the petitioner to show that the papers were received back by the petitioner.

It appears that on 25th April, 2022, the petitioner received the papers and since then he has not taken any steps to engage any lawyer of his choice to represent him in this case.

In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
