Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, he invited our attention to the communication dated 05.01.2024 (page 17) by which concern respondent was directed to remove unauthorized construction. 3.

According to the petitioner, till date the said notice has not been taken to the logical end.

Be that as it may, we hereby direct the respondent no.1 to act on the basis of aforesaid communication within ten weeks from today, if a decision is not already taken. 5.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today along with copy of present petition, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
