This is an application filed by respondent No.1 praying for issuing directions to correct his surname in the cause title. The further prayer made in this application is to allow him to withdraw the decreetal amount.

Learned counsel for the applicant has no objection for the same.

The appeal is already decided by this Court on 20/11/2015.

In this view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause of the application.
