DATED : 02 nd December, 2020 Shri B. G. Kulkarni, learned counsel submits that earlier he used to represent all the petitioners but, some time ago, the petitioners took back the file and all the papers from him, informing him that in due course, they would be appearing in person for hearing. Therefore, he submits that now he is no longer representing any of the petitioners.

Petitioner No.1 - Shekhar Purushottam Kannao, has filed Civil Application No. 3143 of 2019 claiming for grant of early final hearing. There is no difficulty in granting early final hearing but, petitioner No.1 must ensure that he is also representing the remaining petitioners and, therefore, he would have to

Considering the long pendency of this petition, Civil Application No.3143 of 2019 is allowed. 4.

Let the petition be finally heard on 07.01.2021.
