The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nagpur. The change report is pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner regarding son of earlier president Surendra Dhaniram Wadibhasme.

Secretary has issued the notice to conduct the General Body Meeting. According to the petitioners, the notice is illegal. Though petitioner No.1 is a Vice President, he is not aware about the said meeting. Said notice was not served to petitioner No.1, who is Vice President, therefore, the petitioners have filed the application to postpone said meeting, which was rejected by the Assistant Charity Commissioner. Being aggrieved by said order, the petitioners have filed this petition to stay the General Body Meeting, which is scheduled on 28.12.2022 at 1.00 p.m.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. Perused the agenda of the meeting. Only because it is issued by the Secretary and it was not known to the Vice President, the notice is challenged. No prejudice would

2 43.wp cause to the petitioners as they are going to attend the said meeting and they would discuss and object the issues. There is no need to stay the scheduled meeting. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
