DATED : 25 th January, 2021 By this petition the petitioner seeks to quash and set aside the First Information Report registered with Crime No.97 of 2018 on 28.08.2018 at Palandur Police Station, District Bhandara for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27(1) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Now, in this crime 'A' Summary Report has been filed by the concerned police station and it is pending for consideration of the Magistrate.
