This is an application filed under Order 1 Rule 10 read with Order 22 Rule 3 of the CPC for bringing additional legal heirs of respondent no.1-Kashiram, on record. Mr. Bhide, learned Advocate submits that three legal heirs were already brought on record, however some remained.

The learned Advocate for other side has no objection for the same.

In view thereof, the Civil Application is allowed. Legal heirs of Respondent no.1-Kashiram (i.e. 1C to 1H), be added as respondents in the Second Appeal. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
