This is an application for condonation of 2352 days delay caused in filing an appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 02.05.2014. The reasons have been stated in the application for delay.

Learned AGP for the state submits that considering the reasons stated in the application, the Court may pass an appropriate order. He further submits that if delay is condoned, then the appellants shall not be entitled to interest for the delay period.

The reasons stated in the application are sufficient to grant the application. The application is accordingly allowed.

The delay of 2352 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.

It is made clear that the appellants shall not be entitled to get interest for the delay period of 2352 days in case the appeal is allowed.
