First Appeal No.356/2005 has been finally decided by this Court on 15th of January, 2015. As a result, the applicants-claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.11,32,335/- deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company.
This application is for transfer of this amount to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati for disbursal in accordance with the decision of this Court.
There is no objection from the other side.
Hence, the civil application is allowed. The amount of Rs.11,32,335/- along with interest accrued thereon be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati, which shall disburse the same in accordance with the decision of this Court.
The civil application stands disposed of.
