This is an application for correcting the name of the respondent.

The notice is issued after hearing the petitioner. It is stated by Shri P.N. Shende, the learned counsel that Sudhakar Moglewar who is the respondent 1 expired even before issuance of notice. This statement is accepted. The petitioner is permitted to substitute / add Uday Moglewar as the respondent 1 - contemnor since he is the acting President. Shri Shende, states that it is inadvertently mentioned in the application that the acting President is Dipendra Lokhande. Shri Shende, the learned counsel seeks leave to correct the application to the said extent. Leave is granted.

Notice be issued to Uday Moglewar returnable in four weeks.
