This court by order dated 7.10.2025, while allowing the appeal imposed costs of Rs.20,000/- on the appellant to be deposited with the account of the respondent-Trust. However, it is informed that there is no bank account of the respondentTrust in any nationalized bank. 2.

Hence, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of costs of Rs.20,000/- to the registry of this court. The same may be allowed to withdraw subject to satisfaction of Registrar (judicial) of this court.
