Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the controversy involved in the present matter is fully covered by the Full Bench decision of this Court, in the case of Dhiraj Manoharrao Chore and others vs. State of Maharashtra {2020 (1) Mh.L.J. 364}, wherein it has been held that the Librarians irrespective of holding higher qualifications than minimum qualifications prescribed by Schedule B of the Rules of 1981 would be entitled to pay-scale of Rs. 1400-2300 as prescribed in Schedule C of the Rules of 1981. The petitioners in the present petition are claiming pay-scale of Rs. 1400-2600 with effect from 1.1.1986 which has been rejected by this Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Needless to say that for promotional pay-scale , the petitioners shall always be free to agitate their grievance in appropriate proceedings at appropriate time.
