DATED : FEBRUARY 18, 2020 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (original defendant No.3), on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and makes a further submission that since the suit in the present case is pending for about seven years, it would be in the interest of justice and in the interest of all parties to the litigation, some of whom are senior citizens, that the suit itself is disposed of expeditiously. 2.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Court below is directed to decide Special Civil Suit No.942/2013, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today.
