Considering the prayers made in the petition, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent no.3 on 03.03.2025 with a copy of petition which is to be treated as representation of the petitioner.

The respondent no.3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.
