Civil Application No.1366/2023 in Writ Petition No.5721/2021 seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.5.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in both petitions submits that since the respondent no.4, which is a partnership firm was being represented by the respondent no.5, on account of his demise, it may now be permitted to be represented by Shri Purushottam Parmanand Rohera, who also resides at the same address, as was given by the respondent no.5.

The request is accepted. The additions be carried out today itself. Upon the same being done, issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable on 08/08/2023. 5.
The petitioner in both petitions shall serve the newly added respondents by all modes of service permissible in law including Hamdast.
