C.A.O. NO.1682/2014.

The present application is filed on behalf of the owners of the Cold Storage. Though the application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner/non-applicant, from the prayer clause of the petition, we find that the relief would substantially affect the owners of the Cold Storage. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed and disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the newly added respondents to file affidavit within a period of three weeks. The respondent nos.4 to 6 shall also file affidavit within a period of three weeks.
