This is an application for condonation of delay of 67 days in filing Misc. Civil Application St.No.

25379 of 2015 for restoration of Misc Civil Application No.738 of 2014 by setting aside the order of rejection passed in Misc. Civil Application St.No.

15648 of 2014.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned.

The Civil Application (O) No.334 of 2016 is allowed.

Misc Civil Application No.738 of 2014 is restored to file.

The learned Counsel for the applicant to inform about the restoration to the non-applicants in writing.

The applicant is expected to remove all office objections within a period of six weeks.
