The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.670/2025 registered with Police Station Yashodhara Nagar, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 333, 79 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegations are made about the property owned by the father-in-law of the complainant. It is alleged that after his death, the applicant took the possession forcibly and therefore, she has lodged the complaint. It appears from the record that there is civil litigation. Earlier, the compromise was there. The agreement was executed between the father-in-law of the complainant and the applicant.

On 15.10.2025, the interim protection was granted. The applicant has complied with the conditions imposed to attend the Police Station.

The learned A.P.P. conceded that the applicant is attending the Police Station, but opposed the application stating that the documents are required to be recovered from the applicant and, therefore, the custodial

2 6.aba.779.25 interrogation of this applicant is necessary. 6.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, and for the reasons given while granting ad interim protection, the interim protection granted on 15.10.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions except a modification in the condition No.[iv] that he shall attend the Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. Rest of the conditions are kept as it is.

The application stands disposed of.
