The applicant/respondent no.1 has filed this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant - acquiring body.

Learned Counsel for appellants state that the original claimant was entitled to only 50% of the compensation.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant/respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 25% of the compensation amount deposited by the acquiring body.
