DATE : 28/11/2025 1) The applicant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.397 of 2025, registered with Police Station Sakkardara, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 319(2), 336(3), 340(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanita, 2023.

2) The applicant is an advocate and he has identified the purchaser. This is the case of personation. The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is attending the police station as per the condition imposed in the order dated 14/10/2025, while granting him ad-interim protection. He is also co-operating the police machinery. The charge-sheet is already filed. The learned APP objected for Kavita

2 / 2 8-aba 775-25 confirmation of anticipatory bail as the applicant has collected the original sale-deed, which is in his possession , however, till now he has not handed over it to the police and for that purpose, the custody of this applicant is required.

3) The applicant is attending the Police Station and cooperating the police machinery and as the charge-sheet is already filed, the custodial interrogation of this applicant is not required. Hence, the interim protection granted on 14/10/2025 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions, except condition No.(iv) imposed in the order dated 14/10/2025.

4) Application stands disposed of.
