DATED : DECEMBER 10, 2019 This is an application for early hearing filed on behalf of the respondents workmen. It is pointed out that the pendency of the present petition is depriving them of relief granted by the two Courts below concurrently regarding reinstatement.

A perusal of the orders passed by this Court show that notice was issued on 30/11/2010, for final disposal and accordingly, on 22/11/2010, it was observed by this Court that since the respondents were working on daily wages, considering their standing in seniority, if work is available petitioner shall provide that work first to the respondents. It is claimed by the learned counsel for the respondents that they are not being provided with work. This petition has been pending at the stage of admission since 2010.
