The learned counsel for the review applicant - the original respondent in Writ Petition 6646/2015 seeks leave, on instructions received, to withdraw the application for condonation of delay and the review application. 2.

Mr. Pathak who appears on behalf of the original petitioner has no objection.

The applications are disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

Both the learned counsel Mr. Verma and Mr. Pathak agree that the amount of Rs.1,99,77,080/- (Rupees One Crore Ninety Nine Lacs Seventy Seven Thousand and Eighty) deposited by the applicant - original

cao207.19.O.odt respondent in compliance with the order in Writ Petition 6646/2015 be transferred to the respective provident fund accounts of the employees of the original petitioner M/s. Unijules Lifesciences Ltd., Kalmeshwar, Nagpur. 5.

In order to show bona fide, the applicant was directed to deposit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac), as a condition for consideration of the application for condonation of delay. Mr. Verma would submit that since both the applications are being withdrawn, the said amount be refunded.

The applicant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 17.09.2019. 7.

The proceedings, including the pending applications are disposed of.
