Date : 29 th November, 2017 Though Shri Samundre, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has convinced this Court on the merits of the matter, it would not be possible for us to entertain this criminal writ petition on the ground of judicial propriety and discipline, for the reason that the petitioner has withdrawn Criminal Writ Petition No.458 of 2017 on 21-8-2017, claiming the same reliefs. However, no leave was granted to file a fresh petition. In view of this, this criminal writ petition is dismissed. Judge.
