Non-applicant no. 2 Smt. Sheetal Sharma has filed an affidavit today, which is taken on record. The said affidavit is filed by her in view of the order passed by this Court on 24.2.2016. She is represented by Advocate Sudip Jaiswal.

Non-applicant no. 2 is herself a legal practitioner. She is also present before this Court. In the affidavit filed by her, she has stated that the dispute between her and applicant no. 1 is settled and divorce decree by mutual consent is passed on 14.12.2012. She has also stated that she is not interested in prosecuting the F.I.R. lodged by her.

F.I.R. bearing Crime No. 249/11 registered with police station Gittikhadan, Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 294, 406, 323 and 506(B) of Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed and set aside. Consequently, R.C.C. No. 3001/11 pending on the file of J.M.F.C. (Court No.10), Nagpur, is also quashed and set aside. JUDGE JUDGE /TA/
