The learned A.P.P. has submitted that co-accused Bandu Mobin is absconding and, therefore, charge-sheet is filed against only two accused i.e. applicant and co-accused Vikas Meshram (brother of the applicant). It is further submitted that request will be made to the special Court to proceed with the trial against the applicant and co-accused Vikas Meshram. The learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to reiterate the prayer after two months. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
