2] This is an application for grant of early hearing filed by the respondent.

3] Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the age of the respondent is about 69 years. That in spite of decree of the Courts below, for possession of the suit property, in favour of the respondent, he could not enjoy the fruits of the decree in view of stay operating in favour of the appellant.

4] In the given facts, this Court is inclined to allow the application, and the same is accordingly allowed.
