It is not in dispute that the application dated 28th April, 2015 seeking furlough leave by the petitioner is still not decided.

The learned A.P.P. submits that he would like to have more instructions.

We find that the interests of justice could be met with by directing the respondents to decide the application, if it is still pending, at the earliest and in any case within a period of one week from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is partly allowed and disposed of.
