This is an application for grant of ad interim anticipatory bail.

For incident dated 9.6.2019, wife of applicant No.1 lodged a report against non-applicant No.2 and her husband on the basis of which NCR was registered vide No.132/2019. After 2 days, First Information Report came to be lodged against applicants.

In this view of the matter, following order is passed:
ORDER
(a) Until further orders, in the event of arrest of applicant No.1Sudhakar s/o Vithobaji Waghmare and applicant No.2Prakashchandra s/o Ganpatrao Daf, in connection with Crime No.117/2019 registered with Sindi (Rly.) Police Station, Tahsil Seloo, District Wardha for offences punishable under Sections 354A(1)(i), 504, 506, 294, and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and read with Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii), and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, they be released on bail on they executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- by each of them with one solvent surety of the like amount by each of them. (b) Applicants are directed to attend the police station from 29.11.2019 to 12.12.2019 and shall be with Investigation Officer from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
