On 29.7.2019, when the present application was listed before this Court, learned counsel for the non-applicant remained absent and, therefore, the matter was kept today.

Today, when the mater is called out, learned counsel Shri R.M.Daruwala for the non-applicant is absent. 4.

After hearing learned counsel Shri H.R.Gadhia for the applicants and after perusing uncontroverted statement of facts made on affidavit, I am of the opinion that the applicants have made out a case for condonation of delay.
