Rejection of claim for emergency parole is subject matter of challenge in this petition. We have gone through the police report. It is found that the ailment suffered by the wife of petitioner/accused is not that serious in nature so as to release the petitioner on emergency parole. No case is made out for intervention. Hence, the Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
