Pursuant to order dated 05.12.2023, the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.50,000/- with this Court. In view of the settlement of dispute between the parties, the learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the said amount.

Learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection. Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited with this Court alongwith accrued interest thereon if any.
