This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant considering the victim is 12 years of age and her statements which are recorded. 3.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The liberty is granted to the applicant to move to the Sessions Court for grant of bail after recording of the evidence of the victim.

The trial Court shall expedite the trial.

8.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
