On depositing the balance amount of Rs. 8,57,823/- along with accrued interest within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation, and implementation of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till the final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
