The application is made by a senior citizen, who is retired, to decide present writ petition, as his retirement benefits are withheld with the department. This Court on 29/02/2012 already directed that the matter be listed for final hearing under the category of 'Senior Citizen'. Even otherwise, the issue is with regard to the "fake caste claim", therefore, we are inclined to direct the office to list this matter after four weeks for final disposal year-wise.
