DATE : 10/02/2023 The applicant was admitted to interim protection by order dated 30/01/2023 and he was directed to report to the Police Station on particular date.

The counsel for the applicant make a categorical statement that the applicant has abided by the said order and by reporting to the Police Station has also handed over fighter to the Investigating Officer.

Though Mr.Rode, learned APP is not able to confirm the statement, in absence of the Investigating Officer, I deem it appropriate to accept the statement made by the learned counsel for the KOLHE

Since for no other purpose the custodial interrogation is necessary, I deem it appropriate to confirm the order dated 30/01/2023, subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall continue to render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer and shall report to him as and when called.
