DATED : 30-11 -202 By speaking to minutes, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph no. 5 of the judgment dated 17.10.2023, words "The applicant, Shri Satyasheelan Kuttappan" be replaced by the words "The applicants Shri Satheesan Kuttappan and Shri Satyaseelan Kuttappan".

The second correction sought is in the date of judgment of the Sessions Court. According to learned counsel for the applicant, the Sessions Court has vide judgment dated 15.03.2023 and 27.03.2023 dismissed the appeals. However, in the judgment, the dates are mentioned as 25.03.2023 and 27.03.2023. Thus, date 25.03.2023 ought to have been 15.03.2023. These mistakes, being inadvertent, require corrections. The corrections be made accordingly and corrected copy be uploaded.
