On instructions of the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur, the learned APP makes statement that the date was preponed and the petitioner was asked to remain present tomorrow i.e. on 17.10.2025. She further submits that the appeal filed under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act will be decided till 29.10.2025. 3.

Under such circumstances, petitioner shall remain present tomorrow i.e. on 17.10.2025 for the purpose of hearing before respondent No.2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by accepting the statement of learned APP.
