ATE : JANUARY 27, 2025 1) The only ground raised, is that enquiry report in pursuance to the enquiry dated 14/10/2024 was not supplied to the petitioner before the hearing was conducted on 29/10/2024, for which our attention is invited to the impugned communication dated 30/10/2024 (page 24). When we inquired from the learned Counsel to point out any application, by which the grievance was raised before the respondents between 14/10/2024 and 29/10/2024, he answers in the negative, in view of which, we are not interfere in the instant petition. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
