Prayer is to restore the second appeal as the registration was refused for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated, application is allowed. Counsel for appellants to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within period of four weeks. Similarly, objections, if any, be removed within period of four weeks.
