By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the transfer of the employees from one Panchayat Samiti to another by the order, dated 12/09/2015.
Mrs.Tiwari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1, states that a similar writ petition is dismissed by this Court by the order dated 04/04/2016. It is stated that this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed for the reasons recorded in the said order.
Shri Khandewale, the learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order, dated 04/04/2016 in Writ Petition No.1616 of 2016, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs.
