As the petitioner - Society has established its bona fide conduct in the matter and Shri Baliram Ramdas Chauhan, Principal, Bharat Vidyalaya and Shri Ramesh Gangadhar Dharkar, Secretary, Progressive Education Society are personally present in the Court, we are satisfied with the bona fide conduct of the petitioner - Society and its office bearers and therefore, we do not wish to proceed with the proposed contempt action and the same is dropped.
