Heard. Perused the contents of the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 17.12.2014 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rupees Five Hundred in the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of one week. If the costs are paid and the writ petition is restored, issue notice to the respondent no.2, returnable on 08.09.2015 as the learned Assistant Government Pleader appears on behalf of the other respondents.

The miscellaneous civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
