By this application, Respondent no. 1 is seeking for withdrawal of balance compensation amount. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the appellant has deposited total compensation amount of Rs.46,81,808/- in this Court. By virtue of the order dated 28.03.2015 of this Court, the respondent no.1 was permitted to withdraw 50% amount which he has withdrawn.

Considering the earlier withdrawal and existing need, respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw further amount of Rs.10,00,000/- on furnishing solvent surety to that extent to the satisfaction of Registrar(Judicial). Civil Application stands disposed of.
