The applicant has apprehension of her arrest in connection with Crime No.460 of 2025, for the offences punishable under Section 420, 406,465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is alleged that the applicant through Triratna Nagri Sahakari Pata Sanstha solicited investments from complainant and other persons promising high rate of interests and have not returned the amount of investment to the depositors.

The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant was working as agent. She has the son of three and half years old. Her son has undergone the surgery recently. She has to look after her child. The complainant is also agent. He has invested the money and the applicant is also the agent. Only because she is the daughter of the Secretary, she is arraigned as an accused. 5.

The learned A.P.P. has opposed the application stating that 34 depositors are there. There is fraud of near about 55 lacks. She has accepted the amount of the investors. Her custodial interrogation is necessary. Hence,

The Co-operative Society is run by the father of the applicant and the mother of the applicant. Since, 2006 this Society is in existence. The administrator is appointed in the society on 26.05.2025. As the applicant is an agent and is having small child, who has undergone the surgery. 8.

The applicant is attending the Police Station regularly. The applicant has filed the extract of attendance register as she is attending the Police Station regularly. 9.

As she has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, the interim protection granted on 14.10.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions except a modification in the condition No.[iv] that the applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. Rest of the conditions are kept as it is.
