DATED : 25/10/2018 By this application, the applicant/accused seeks modification of the condition no. 2 imposed by this Court while directing that the accused be released on bail, the condition being that out of the two solvent sureties, one solvent surety shall be by either father or mother of the applicant/accused.

According to the accused, the father and the mother of the applicant are not having any landed property and the paternal grandmother of the applicant is willing to furnish the solvent surety.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the concerned police station has conducted the preliminary inquiry, and has found that the claim of the applicant in this application is genuine.

2 appp1781.18 In the above facts, the following order is passed:- (a) The condition no. 2 imposed by the order dated 05/10/2018 is modified and it is directed that the applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No. 191/2018 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs. 20,000/- and on furnishing two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(b) Out of the two solvent sureties, one shall be by Godavaribai Tulshiram Kalasare (paternal grandmother of the applicant).

The other conditions imposed by the order dated 05/10/2018 shall continue to be in force.

The criminal application is allowed accordingly. JUDGE Ansari
