DATED : 30-01-2023 The challenge in the petition is to the approval granted to respondent 4 Ms. Anita Rupchand Pardhi. The allegation is that the approval is obtained on the basis of false and fabricated documents. A direction is sought against respondent 5-Director of Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Maharashtra State, Pune to revisit the approval and cancel the same.

The learned Counsel for respondents 2, 3 and 4 Mr. R.S. Parsodkar has placed on record praecipe dated 30-1-2023 stating that the services of respondent 4 have been terminated since the documents which were submitted by respondent 4, were found not to have been issued by the University. Along with the praecipe, the order of termination dated 11-11-2022 is placed on record.

In view of the termination of the services of respondent 4 by the Management, nothing survives in the present petition.

While we are disposing of the present petition, we clarify that we do not intend to make any observation on the legality of the termination and respondent 4 may assail the same in accordance with law and before the appropriate forum.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
