Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner herein is co-owner of plots bearing City Survey Nos. 26,27 and 43/1 of Mouza Bhamti, Nagpur City, Nagpur. 3.

Feeling aggrieved by illegal mutation in the name of persons, who are not the owner of the property, the petitioner is challenging mutation 1126, 1127 and 1128 dated 4.12.1999 in respect of the above said lands. The respondent No. 4 accordingly passed an order dated 21.10.2016 issuing various instructions and directions. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite lapse of 9 years, such directions have not been complied with by respondent No.5. 5.

Considering the prayer made in this petition that respondent No. 5 be directed to comply with such directions, we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of with such directions as sought for. 6.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 5 to comply with the order dated 21.10.2016, if there is no legal impediment in complying the same. If respondent No. 5 finds Belkhede, PS
